First off, I'm gonna need for folks to respect that bumper music. I put in a gift at the close for folks that grew up in Oakland. 

Then come with me as I discuss being in Patriot-Land for the game and all this cheating mess regarding deflated balls. Had to give my thoughts on the hometown here, Marshawn Lynch and his beef with the NFL. I also talk about the deflating experience of trying to buy a home in Oakland before I make a plea to HGTV's Property Brothers to please come to Oakland and flip a home for me. All good stuff in under 30 minutes.

Back on it! I took a hiatus from public speaking about a year and half ago but I missed it a ton. Started doing some talking locally and working on some new topics and brought out some new stuff for Rhode Island. I uploaded a speech I gave at a fundraiser banquet that featured mayors, a police chief, a congressman and a ton of community leaders and members. 

In the speech, there's this sweet lady that I didn't hear while I was speaking but the recorder picked her up rather clearly. She makes this talk pretty great with her ad-libs if you ask me. The speech is about 15 minutes long. So enjoy it and I will have a fresh podcast next week.
